Your RBT works directly with your child through structured activities and naturally occurring routines, mealtimes, transitions, play, communication. Your BCBA designs and oversees the plan, updates it regularly, and meets with you to review progress. Every session is purposeful and every goal is tracked.

Yes, a responsible adult needs to be present throughout every session. This is where a lot of the most valuable learning happens. You'll see what we're doing, why it works, and how to carry it forward yourself.

Most plans involve between 15 and 25 hours per week, though this varies based on your child's needs. Your BCBA will recommend what's right after the initial evaluation.
